Canned veggies

So....I have a lot of canned veggies and I take them and pour the majority of the liquid out when I'm ready to eat them.
Here's the problem - all the serving sizes take in the liquid and the sodium that is in the liquid.
Question - How do I accurately calculate calories if it's just the veggies???

Weigh the solids.
Look at the can to see how many servings it contains.
Divide the total weight by the number of servings.
Weigh out your calculation.
The liquids might have some of the vitamins and minerals, but the calories are in the solids.0
