This is the first time I've done this. I run/jog/walk everyday, so I hope it won't be too difficult. Any advice?

Ease into it. People try to go too hard when they start an exercise program. They want to be in shape in two days, or lose all the weight in a week, and they kill themselves and get discouraged that it is soooo hard.
Then, they don't like it and so, four weeks in -- or 10 weeks in, or two weeks in -- they stop. It is too much trouble. It hurts too much. etc.
Better to keep it easy and make it enjoyable and establish a habit that you can keep. Then you will make a difference.
I happen to love doing that kind of thing. Heavy exertion -- the stairs. Mixing it up -- the circuit training. But, when I started exercising, I could run around the block, once. Fortunately, I kept it there for a while.

I agree with everything Tufel said. Pace yourself. I walk the bleachers at UF stadium in Florida. Even walking it puts my heart rate and the same pace of my running. My legs feel like jello. Make sure that you do not try to run all the bleachers and do every move in circuit training if you need rest.
