Hello, newbie here. I'm ready to commit.

Hello! I am committing myself, starting today, to FINALLY losing this weight. A few years ago I lost 30 pounds by modifiying my diet. Well, 2 kids later I gained it all back plus 3 more pounds. I purchased Turbo Jam a few weeks ago and have done the videos off and on since then. I actually really love doing the workouts, I just don't have much time to do them. I did do it today though and plan to do it 6 days a week, and I will make time in my schedule each day for my workout. I'm also going to eat healthier and track my calories here each day (today was an eye opener for me!). That's my fat belly in the picture, and no I'm not pregnant! Right now I am a size 14. My goal is to get back to wearing a size 8 pants. I will update my picture each week to keep me accountable and motivated. Thanks for reading, wish me luck! :)

    Hey, good luck with your goal. Im a single mother of 3 kids. I know how hard it is to try to find the time to workout during the day. I was doing great but then got off track but now i'm trying to get back on track. good Luck and feel free to add me if you would like.
