So my goal was 1400 but I wasn't losing much so I increased to 1800 but usually eat around 1700 or exercise and have my net around 1650 but only a few times a week. Is my goal too high? My maintenance is around 1900 so how come if I am eating less then my goal it says I'm going to gain weight??? I'm 5'8 and 129 pounds btw. Just want to get more lean

What you need is to do weight training. At that point you're at the lowest "healthy" point weight-wise, so you don't need to lose anything. The increased muscle mass will cause you to be leaner, even though you may gain a little bit as muscle is denser.0
