I am happy at my current weight. My current workout plan is mostly of the home video program Tapout XT or XT2. I like to run 5k's when possible although my knee has been giving me a fit lately. I am also using a pyramid style workout to increase my bench press. I have done well in maintaining my weight between 165-170. Typically weighing in at 167 or 166 if I weigh in first thing in the morning as I ought to.

I have two questions. The first is whether or not I can have a visible core at my current weight? I have "faith abs" right now I can feel them and know they are there but can't see them. MFP list my BMI as 23.5. I do not want to decrease my weight so if I would need to decrease to have a visible core I would better work abs just for the sake of strength and be happy as I am. On my profile I have pictures if that helps in your opinion of the question.

Secondly, Can I maintain/improve in my weight training and running at this weight or will I need to increase my weight as I get up to certain weights? * I am trying to get up to lifting 225 pounds. I used to struggle at lifting 165 twice but now do 190 twice without great form but get it done.

Thanks for the thoughts.
