Having a hard time....

I am busting my butt in the gym every day for an hour and half and instead of the scale going down it is going up, ugh!!!!! I feel so defeated and I am working so hard and eating right! I just don't know what else to do. :frown:

    Your weight will change up and down.. hang in there you may have just hit a level for a bit...stay under your maintenance calories. and you WILL lose.. for example right now I am not exercising due to injury ( ACK) but I am staying within my calorie range and I am still losing.. slower mind you but losing...it WILL come off....you are doing it right so hang in there!!!!!
