I know this question probably comes up alot so I will put a twist on it.
I have really been trying to stick to a 1200 calorie diet on non workout days and on workout days I add back in the calories I burned. Well 2 days a week I don't make it home from the gym til after 7 and I am in bed by 9-930. Today I am under my calories by 130 and that does not include adding back in the calories I burned during an hour long boot camp class.
So to my question - is it ok to role my uneaten calories to the next day? Tomorrow is not a workout day and I find that after a strenous exercise day I am starving the day after. I am not hungry enough after eating dinner at 730 to eat more plus I dont want to eat anything really heavy this late. Any thoughts?

That's fine. Just keep a weekly deficit.0

I do that all the time. I focus on my calories by the week, not by the day. It works beautifully for me.0
