    I cut out gluten before I was officially tested. Weirdly the gastro I was seeing at the time suggested I cut out gluten, so I did, and he got frustrated at the next visit because it meant he couldn’t officially test me.

    I know from massive reduction of symptoms that I am either very sensitive or could qualify as celiac.
    Also I break out in little blisters 30 minutes after I get an accidental bite of something with wheat in it. And my kid did one of those DNA tests kits and it showed a genetic predisposition for celiac. Which his dad absolutely does not have.

    So. Long story. I am gluten free. 🙋🏼‍♀️
