First day down

Today was my first day on the plan. My Doctor told me about the site yesterday during my check up. For the first time in a long time I feel motivated to regain my health. I work 50 to 55 hrs a week plus everyday obligations. This in turn allows for wrong choices such as not enough rest, grabbing something quick to eat and no exercise but much stress. I have made a promise to take more time for myself and my needs to regain my heath. Today was a god day.

    I have been on Ideal Protein diet since March 25th. I started at 160.8 and :flowerforyou: I have lost 6lbs and like you I also work 50 to 55 a week, I drive for my job so having to create new habits (making my lunches every day) were a bit of a challenge. I am thankful to have a great husband who gives me 100% support.
