Hey Everyone,
Just a quick question about the daily calorie goal. If I am over on my calories one day, but then under another day of the week do they cancel each other out in terms of weight loss?

The days over/under don't really matter. Consistency is better than accuracy so just make sure you're at a reasonable caloric deficit at the end of the week.0

Since my schedule is so wack I tend to have the same thing happen. Many a-persons have told me that as long as you are under your weekly caloric intake I should be fine. I took that to heart and Im still losing weight and am on target (for the most part.. Having sleep problums right now which is screwing with me) Dont sweat it too much.
