Hi everyone! I recently started using the site and I wanted to share with you my exercise tip: I do yard work each day for at least 30 minutes. It's an easy way to burn calories, especially since I have to work on the yard anyways. If you don't have much yard work to do, try doing something else around the house that needs to be done. I find it easy because I don't have to set aside "extra time" to work out.
