i thought this was about information technology, then I thought it might be about food...

    but then i googled it.

i've never tried them, but i would bet that money is better spent on computer gadgets or food

i wrapped them on my junk and it shrunk. So it worked, but then again I never read the directions. Did I do it right?

Sure, but you would have to do it the rest of your life.
    I don't think so.

I have a friend that sells them. I'm watching her for a year to see her results. It's not looking too positive.

If you are looking to temporarily go down and inch or so for a special event, the answer is probably yes, it works, for a day or two. If you are looking for permanent fat/weight loss, there are no shortcuts. Diet and exercise are what you need.

Inches/ weight loss is temporary w/wrap, the only thing you lose is money paid for the wrap. The only way to lose inches/weight, is through diet and exercise.
If you want a faux fix-have at it-Long term Do the work;-) Eat right and lift heavy-just move.
Can you get body wraps for a lifetime? nope..Can you eat right and move for a lifetime..Yup;-)

I think the wraps really need to be matketed differently. If they were, I probably would not have any problem with them. The should be advertized as a temporary solution. Want to look skinnier and tones for your HS reunion or that big first date? Need to fit into a dress for a wedding? Then yes, they will work for you. Perfect solution.

As a permanent weight loss, no. Diet and exercise like has been stated over and over is what is needed. Take the 45 minutes that you would "wrapping" yourself and exercise. watch what you eat and consume less calories than you burn.
