    What is a Daikon?

It is a large white carrot looking thing. A member of the radish family. Mild flavor. Near the root veggies. It is super full of medicinal properties, a natural diuretic, and cuts through fats. Its good and good for you.

If you've ever eaten in a Japanese restaraunt, its usually shredded alongside sashimi.
