Step test results- gotta brag!

My company has a Wellness program and one way to rack up points is the Step test. If you haven't heard of it, here's a link.

Briefly- you step up and down on a 12-inch step according to a set rhythm for 3 minutes and they take your pulse afterwards. The lower, the better because it means your heart recovers quickly from exertion and didn't have to work too hard in the first place. I wore my HRM and hit 121 at 3 minutes, and 60 bpm 60 seconds later. The test result is your actual pulse count for 60 seconds after you stop, and that was 68. In my age bracket (I'm 60), anything under 95 for women is "Excellent".
If I don't get run over by a truck, I'm gonna live forever.
