Which to you track? I tried using a calculator to determine how many grams I need to consume per macro, but it came out to like 3500 worth of calories. Seems a little high to me. I even used my target weight, not my current weight.
Protein 2.2g per kg
199.58048g
798.32192 calories
Fat 1g per kg

Are you talking to yourself?
As for your calculations, I've heard it as 1.4g protein per kg and about 0.8g fat per kg body weight. I've actually never seen a hard estimate for carbs; just eat enough to fuel your body and workouts (which will vary greatly from person to person).0 -
Yes. I have no friends.
Thanks for the info.0 -
Just realized my response about carbs may have not been as self explanatory as I thought. Carbs provide energy. After you calculate your protein and fat calories, your other calories can be discretionary. So distribute however you want, and make sure you eat enough carbs that you feel you have enough energy throughout the day and during workouts.0
