Hello, I'm new to site, and dieting!

Hi

This is a first for me; joining this site, AND dieting/ weight loss!

I have been a comfortable, slightly overweight size 14 (UK), for years and years, but have been struggling with severe depression which has has a massive impact on me, no activity (spend most of my time on sofa / bed), medication which causes fast weight gain, and 3 meals a day!

I have gained approx. 2 stone in 2 months!

I need to be realistic about what I can do (I struggle to go out on my own and husband is working), and I also have a problem with strokes and tacycardia so no point trying to do anything very cardiovascular, also issues with joints and soft tissue injuries, so focussing on walks around park where I live.

Very isolated too, so if there are any groups in W London with a kind soul who might take me, would love to join
