Yes. So I have a great physique. Don't need a great physique to be healthy, wealthy or wise. Just need to have BF% around 20% (men) to be healthy, I thought.

I think the majority of people at least have one shallow reason for wanting to lose weight. If you don't care about how you look, most likely you won't want to lose weight / get fit.
