I'm on day two and would like to challenge anyone who wants to lose pounds and get fit. 30 Day Challege includes- 5 Days of mixed Cardio, strength, or any other training for 45-60 minutes a day. Who is in? Friend me and we can track by checking in by blogging our time we've put in. We got this... just 5 days a week for 30 days.
