How many calories??

Hi everyone,

Just curious, about how many calories should a healthy, athletic woman consume daily? MFP tells me 1200, but I feel like I should maybe eat more? I try to go to the gym at least 5 days a week; usually either a 2-3 mile walk/run, elliptical, or Zumba. Just curious on everyone's thoughts!
