Which calculator to use?

I've been reading a lot of the topics, (enjoying the pics and changes, etc), but the thing that is bugging me now is this...
Which frakkin' calculator do I use to figure out my TDEE correctly?
Details and such...
39 yrs old
5 ft 11
223-226 lbs (day of the week, phase of the moon, etc)
Desk job doing documentation, BUT I also have a 5k at the end of May to train for.
would like to replace the gut (aka Alien child growing in my stomach) with something flat. (abs would be awesome) and lose the pounds related to that.
MFP says I should eat around 1470 a day for sedentary
Fat2FitRadio says 2316 for sedentary, 2654 for light exercising
Fitness frog says 2919 for light exercising
That's quite a bit of a difference between the three tools, and I've been trying to stay around the 1400 range per day.
Yes, I am eating back the meager calories i burn when I try to do the c25k on the treadmill.
So, which calculator do I use?
*edited for height details that weren't there before

try heybales spreadsheet
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/813720-spreadsheet-bmr-tdee-deficit-macro-calcs-hrm-zones
It takes into account more information then your average online calculator.0
