Anyone else out there Allergic/Intolerant to Yeast?

I was told on Monday that I have a yeast allergy/intolerance and was wondering if anyone else out there had the same thing? Looking for some ideas on food and meal alternatives. This is a complete revamp of my diet since I'm very much a carboholic!
P.S. I don't have to follow a Candida free diet, but I have to avoid the obvious yeast products (bread, bagels, etc), and severely cut back on my carbs and sugar.
