going on a road trip

So I am going on a road trip, the first part to start with a flight... so I won't be able to take any food with me as I'm not checking a bag... My problem is, I'm able to do really well when I'm at home and have access to the gym, but I won't have any of that for 5 days. Does anybody have any tips to help me from over eating at stops and in general any advice to keep from undoing all my hard work? We won't have time for me to get out and walk much as our goal is to make it back to my home as fast as possible.

You should be able to pack a bag of nuts, an apple, banana, and/or a clementine for any type of travel. In regards to being out of the home base for 5 days, it would be beneficial if you checked out a calorie counting book from your local library to aid your efforts away from home. Not sure where your travels are taking you, but it is easy to eat healthy, you just have to choose to do so. (that is that hard part!). i WISH YOU LUCK!0
