So this is going to be my second time on myfitnesspal.. first time around, I would say I lost 5lbs in a month and then got lazy.. (my bad!).. Definitely serious this time around.. want to lose 15-20lbs (hopefully in time for my 21st birthday in August!).. Was 125 before entering my last relationship and came out of it at 150 (love weight.. ugh).. lost about 10lbs in the last 5 months but that was with literally doing nothing but just giving up on junk food all the time. So I know with exercise and careful eating, I can lose A LOT more, probably faster and with better long-term results
