Does anyone use any of the Evolv products for supplements/assistance? I got a big, free sample pack that'll last a couple of months.
I recently started having one of the Activate ATP packet each day- some people say they drink it right before a workout. I actually drink one within a few hours of waking up because it gives me noticeable amounts of focus and motivation (something I greatly struggle with), rather than a burst of energy. This lasts a good 4-5 hours.
I have a packet of cafe rosso only a couple/few times a week, because caffeine just makes me neurotic, but I like the pick-up if I am particularly tired that day.
My partner and his sister really preach to the effectiveness of the Limitless tablets, but I have yet to try those.
Personally I thought the shakes were pointless- most pre-mix shakes don't taste good, anyway, and I rather get more of the vitamins I need through the right multivitamin.
I haven't used any of their other products, mainly because they're a complete ripoff, even though the ones I do use are nice. I am concerned, however, that overtime they either won't do my body good or may damage it, like some of these other pyramid-scheme-like companies.
