Hey all. I'm really just interested in your goals! Whether you're a chick or a guy, feel free to add me if you have similar goals and/or feel like we can support each other Or if we just have a bunch of stuff in common, send me that friend request!
OK so about me:
5'4"
140 lbs
33 yrs old
From Canada
No kids
Happily married (going on 11 yrs... yeah, I was young)
1 dog, 2 cats
I have always been a healthy eater and exercised on and off for years. But I only really got SERIOUS about it a month ago. I've lost 6 pounds and I'd like to lose another 10. But most importantly, I really want to get ripped. Jiggly body parts, be gone!
I'm taking things kind of slow (I believe it will increase my chances of maintaining my goal). So I'm scheduled to lose 0.5 a week. I work out 6 days a week, minimum 40 minutes a day. I expect to adjust this as I get stronger.
I'm set at 1400 calories/day. I don't stress about it too much, though. You can see my diary when you become my friend.
I don't have a gym membership. I prefer to do my workouts at home and have a pretty decent set up. Again, I may hit the gym again down the road.
As for workouts, I prefer HIIT, circuit training and calisthenics, and I lift weights. I love to run and am working on my endurance. Currently I am training for a 10K. Hope to one day (ONE DAY!) run a full marathon. I dislike the treadmill... Running outside is awesome!
I eat clean but sometimes I do indulge. IN MODERATION. I love food way too much. ALL of it. Hey... you gotta live life, man.
I also love wine. And beer.
