Keeping sugar at required level

I am having a really, really tough time keeping my sugar in check, meaning tracking it. Physically, I am fine. By noon, I have used and/or surpassed my 24 goal of sugar! I am on WW, so I make sure to eat fruit w/ each meal, but between, blueberries, grapes and apples, I am at my limit. That does not include hidden sugars in carbs and what not. Any ideas?

Grapes have the highest sugar and calorie content of any of those fruits you named, so you may want to cut down on those and just eat them once in a while. Though I am having trouble keeping my own sugars in check. They seem to be in every frickin thing.0
