I started this journey at 215.6lbs just over 4 weeks ago - weight as of this morning 199.2lbs. 16.4lbs gone forever YEY :)

    Such an awesome feeling :) I remember when my Dr. said "welcome to the two-hundred club!" I cried on the way home from that OB appt.! lol Being in the one-hundred club feels great, congrats on your hard work, & enjoy it!!!!

    Congrats!!!! I started out at 215 also and I too got on the scale this morning and weigh 199.8! We are officially out of the 200's!!!
