Would you??
Ok, this is a hypothetical question....bearing in the back of your mind the atrocity of the Boston marathon...and before I type anything else I would like to say that I send my love and heartfelt sympathy to all those that have had their lives changed in such a terrible way xx
My question is, if you had information about someone that had committed a crime whether it be it `finding a purse` and keeping it, to knowing that a family member had killed someone would you go to the police and give them the information.
It could be a husband/son/daughter/sister/close friend/neighbour etc
Is there a `crime` that you feel you should report?
Is there a `crime` that you feel is not worth reporting?

The point is does anyone have any morals?
where do your morals lie?0 -

I prefer for my morals to be honest0 -
Personally, my morals lie next to my pancreas. Nice and cozy.0

I'm also unsure what the Boston Marathon has to do with whether you'd report someone you know if they committed a crime.0

Oh. I thought maybe you broke a law and were wondering what the chances were that your family would turn you in.0 -

I thought the middle part there would say "the facts of life."0 -

This. I think it speaks more to a lack of taste>0 -

It's like a different version of, "I'm not trying to offend anyone but I'm going to be offensive" posts...lol0 -
Tearing or removing the tag off of a pillowcase or a mattress. I would not report myself or any MFP member, or family member. I would turn the other way, and just brush that aside.
I would report alot of crimes if I witnessed them. Not sure If I would return the briefcase I found with the Million Dollars in it. :happy:0 -
It would be unwise to involve oneself in matters such as that, stealing a purse could be the tip of the iceberg.0

I would report them that is why they keep secrets from me in my family.0

If it was a crime, YES I would, excepting things like jaywalking and parking for a few minutes in a handicapped spot. For murder, assault, embezzlement, grand theft, animal, spousal or child abuse, terrorism, B and E, that sort of thing, yes, I'd report my own mother.0

Is this your way of telling us that you know who planted the explosives? If so, you should probably tell someone. Other than us, I mean.0
