Hey guys,
Tomorrow I'm going out with some people to BJ's. I'm not sure what is good to eat for not so much calories. I thought I would order the parmesan crusted chicken, but I found it has about 1k+ per plate :brokenheart:
Here is the link to the menu: http://www.bjsbrewhouse.com/menu.aspx
I wish they have nutritional info online aswell :grumble:
Can you guys offer me some suggestions? I don't want to eat salad as a main dish if possible.

I would probably pick something like the Salmon... it's grilled and comes with rice (instead of Potatoes) and vegetables. The chicken you were looking at is coated - the coating just soaks up that much more of the fat when it is fried so that is why you are seeing such high calories.
If you aren't a fish person, just be sure to pick something that is grilled instead of fried and be wary of any creamy sauces and pass on the added cheese and bacon many of the dishes seem to have available.
You could also cut your portions as a way of being able to order what you want but not getting such a hit to your calories.0
