Hi, everyone. I'm somewhat new to this whole weight loss journey, and I'm hoping talking with people with similar goals will help me reach mine, and even help others reach theirs. I was wondering what would be a good lunch to pack? I am a college student, and I am always on the go, not having much time to think about and pack a nutritional lunch. What do you guys bring with you? Any ideas? Advice on snacks is also well appreciated.

Any of the above plus bean salad (advantage of being cheap--even if you use canned which I would if you don't have access to a full kitchen), tuna salad (I do oil & vinegar to dress, with celery, tomatoes) ... or just a hodgepodge of random things: hard boiled eggs, cheese, tuna and crackers, fruit, veggies, yogurt. Dips like hummus, guacamole, refried beans with mexican seasonings. Packing a hodgepodge of things also leaves you room for snacks and choice.0
