Sorry for another pumpkin recipe, its just I bought a big can of it when it was on sale.
This is quick, simple, and soo soo good.
Combine in a bowl;
- 1/3 C pure pumpkin puree
- 1 non fat vanilla pudding cup
2 Teaspoons sweetener
- Good sprinkling of cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Mix together and enjoy. Or if your feeling fancy top with sugar free maple syrup !

    Sounds good. Pumpkin is also yummy with cool whip.

    One can of pumpkin and a tub of cool whip and Splenda to taste.

    If you use 0% greek yogurt (Fage is very creamy) instead of the pudding, you're getting nutrition and protein! I put a little sprinkling of sugar free jello vanilla pudding dry mix in there to sweeten it. It tastes just like pudding!

    That sounds yummy. I have also made it with Jello fat free pudding, a full can of pumpkin (14 oz), and 2 cups of 1% milk.
    Jello pudd = 100 cal
    Pumpkin =155cal approximately
    1% milk = 220cal
    total =475 Divide as desired. It makes a lot!

    Oops......forgot to mention pumpkin pie spice. It would be pretty boring without that!
