Ok. I want to know like what my weekly calorie goal is, and my weekly calories burned are. Because i know most days I dont go over my calories but then there are the weekends when i go over. So i want to know my weekly goal so i can see if Im actually doing as badly as i think. So my calories goal is 1200 a day. So would I multiply that by 7? And then mulitply what i usually burn at the gym?

I've been trying to keep my weekly average net calories to 1400. I've gone over by a little (or a lot) a few days, but then slightly under other days and it all averages you. You can figure out your weekly average net calories by adding up all of the calories you've consumed, subtract those burned and divide by 7. It should be right around 1200, if that is your daily goal.0

I think that if you go in to your goals section it shows it by week....0
