Mock "healthier" Frosty

So I'm sure this recipie or something similar is out there somewhere but I was playing around with my protein powder and thought I'd share:

In blender: 1 scoop protein powder of your choice of vanilla or chocolate (I've only used these two so far), 1 packet of Carnation Instant Breakfast in the corresponding flavor above, 1 cup of milk (I chose skim) and 7-8 ice cubes (you can add more or less to match your consistancy preference) Blend that stuff up and welcome to my heaven! :)
It has the consistancy of a Frosty from Wendy's or at least it's what it reminds me of, tastes great and has extra benefits from the Instant Breakfast. This is a post workout drink I'm def keeing in my toolbox!

edit: If I get mine too thick, I'll use water to thin it out instead of adding more calories from the milk.
