Question about turbo fire results

For those of you who had amazing results with turbo fire......did you only do turbo fire or did you add anything to your workouts? I have been doing my turbo for the day as well as a 3 mile walk/run and I hit a major plateau. Not only have I not lost in a couple weeks but I have gained weight. I know it is not muscle because I do not feel good about my body and my summer clothes from las year are too small. I don't know what is going on! Also on a HIIT day, us it ok to walk/run those days?? Thanks all!
