Tracking calories is such a wake up call! It's depressing but now I understand where my extra weight came from. I'm a healthy eater (very little fast foods, fried foods or fattening foods) but I need to cut back on snacking and wine and make my healthy choices even healthier. Now I see why skinny people don't have too much on their plate! Thank you MFP for waking me up!
