So I have been on a major fruit kick for the past few weeks and have been easily eating anywhere between 400-500 calories a day in fruit, sometimes more. I find myself getting very close to my calorie limit, or over it, because of it. For example, today I ate over 500 calories worth of fruit and I ate an apple, grapes, strawberries, and bananas. I know that fruit is good for me but should I be worried about going over my calories if I am eating healthy throughout the day and loading up on fruit? Any ideas would be welcomed!!!

There is no such thing as too much fruit as long as you are getting enough protein and fat from other foods and don't have issues with sugar like diabetes. I eat a whole watermelon almost every day and have never felt better.0
