Not sure if I'm suppose to net or eat this amount?

Okay so i calculated my TDEE and i got 2340, if i want to take off 20% every day it would be 1875, do i net at this amount or eat this amount to lose?

    As long as the TDEE you calculated includes all your exercise, then that's the amount you eat in a day, gross (no eating exercise calories back, because they're already accounted for).

    It depends on what you put for how active you are..if you put lightly or moderate then you would eat 1875...if you put sedentary then you would 1875 plus what you burned exercising..I assuming with it being 1875 then you must have put lightly active or moderate so it has already counted exercise calories in it.
