I don't know how the heck this works but my toenail fungus has vanished as a result of me getting fit. Don't believe me? I had it for at least five years. Noticed it started improving about 6 months in to my fitness program. Now I am two years in and it is gone. Sorry, no before and after pics, you'll have to take my word.

That's great!
I imagine it's cause your toes/feet have gotten skinnier. This allows for more air to flow through/between the toes and such. It's amazing how much weight you can lose off your hands and feet. My rings are too big on me and I've heard of people needing to get smaller shoe sizes after losing weight. Healthier food probably helps the skin too.0
