how bad/good are carbs and sodium?

Im new at logging all I eat and I've mainly been focused on calories. After looking at my diary today, which I have eaten more today than the other entries... Ive noticed I'm still needing like 1000 sodium!

    You can eat as little as 500 and be fine.....shoot for around 1500. the 2500 is the top of the range...sodium is in everything. You want to make sure you look at the potassium. It could actually be 4500 and still be good. Higher is better when it comes to potassium.
