Hiking would be mine! How do you all get a good burn while enjoying some fresh air?

I love love love hiking, but I don't have the time or the gas to drive 25 miles or so daily to do it. Second favorite is running. I can walk out my front door and run away or drive a few miles away to do it on a trail at the local park.

Mountain biking. I live in WA. So many trails, so little time.

Hiking and swimming, though the latter is not really suited to outdoors in the UK.

Swimming would be number one for me - then running - then biking. I guess hiking would be before running, but I don't get to do it often since I live close to the city.

Biking! I also enjoy walking, but biking is definitely my favourite outdoor workout. I love Finnish baseball, but now I just watch games - I can't play it anymore because of injuries :/

Running. I cycle 6 miles to work but I don't think of it as a workout. Tai chi is good done in the open air.

Hiking first. Great exercise and a lovely view. And then cycling!

I agree with hiking, but I'm pretty fortunate to live about an hour away from hikes that take me to this kind of scenery:

... so I take every opportunity I can to get out there in the short hiking season we have...

Running, running, running & running!!!!!! (I've run in 25* blowing snow, 16* freezing cold & 100* heat... Anything to avoid hamster time, I mean treadmill time!)
