Friends, do you like my exercise and diet program ?

I usually wake up at 5 am...by 6 i am at gym...

I start by running at 9 kmph( 5.5 mph) for 20 minutes -> calories burned = 274
followed by cycling for 10 mins --> calories burned = 100

and then elliptical trainer for 10 mins--> calories burned = 100

followed by squats,pushups and lunges each 50 times..

and finally weight lifting for 30 mins..in total i burn around 600 calories....

In the evening hour i goto the competition pool(50 meters) and do 20 lapses in 30 mins --> calories burned = 316

In total i burn around 800 calories in a day

My breakfast = usually oatmeal or cornflakes

lunch = 2 slices of brown bread,cabbage,tomato,sprouts,onion,capsicum,beans,spinach

Dinner = 2 boiled eggs or 2 slices of brown bread and sprouts or a plate of fruit salad.
