Hey everyone,
My name is Bobby. I am run cross country for the university I attend. In order to become a better runner I believe that I need to eat better foods. I could also do to use a few pounds since I haven't ran the past few weeks.
I just joined my fitness pal and am trying to create a healthier lifestyle for myself. I could really use a friend on this site to help me stay honest about logging my food and reaching a goal of losing a pound a week for the next few weeks.
