Hi I have been working out For 5 days a week for two months. i do Twice a week step aerobic, twice a week weight training with a trainer and also jog for around 45 min twice a week.. I have started tracking my food since 2nd April and i consume around 1200-1400 calories a day. I lost around two pounds in the first week but after that the scale seems to be stuck. From this week I have replaced weight training with TRX workout. I am not taking any protein shake but my protein consumption seems to be ok. Pl tell me what am I doing wrong. I am 41 yrs old, 5'3" and 128 lbs.

Hey,
It sounds to me like you are working out too much, to allow your body to heal after a work out you should really leave a space. Try doing 3 days a week instead of 5 so your body has a chance to recuperate, it might also be that your are gaining muscle which is heavier than fat, so don't be disheartened,if your scales do not budge but your clothes feel looser thats probably all thats happening :happy:0
