BULKING!!

i need to get on a bulk. im a wrestler weighting at 145 right now trying to make strength gains. doesn't matter what weight i get to. i very lean and muscular. so any suggesting on how my macros look. im getting 370/190/70split and im gaining about half a pound every 7 to 10 days. should i keep going with it?

    How are you training? If you are just eating more than probably 75% of the weight you're putting on is just fat. If you are strength training (lifting heavy) then the weight you are gaining could be about 75% muscle.

    Slow, clean bulks are best.
