working out but not losing weight

Hi everyone
Ive been working out for 2 weeks now
i do boxing, dumbells etc
i spend like 2-2.5 hrs at the gym

Now i noticed i am looking smaller but my weight is not changing
also my arms are still big

any advice how to get rid of those stubborn flabs ?
