Need help with adjusting my goals

I think it's time to readjust my calorie goals since I loss weight. I'm 45 y.o., 5'7", 171.5lbs, 1-1 1/2 lbs a week, I exercise 6 days a week.....oh and I need some advice on to speed up getting rid of the fat on the front of my stomach. I know it's the hardest to lose so need some advice on a way to help it go away..it's like everything else is decreasing except the front of my stomach. One more thing..my profile says started March 2012, but I've recently restarted and am on my 55th day with 12lbs lost.
