    And are you eating too much or not enough? What's your goal set at? How long have you been at it? How long have you been exercising if you are? Changed anything in your diet or exercise routine recently?

    Eat less, move more.

    Without any info regarding your current weight loss program, it is extremely difficult to offer specific tips or suggestions. Do you exercise? How much? How may calories/day do you consume? What are your macros?
