Good morning! So, here is my story. I am 5'2" and pretty athletic. I am weighing 143 right now. I used to stay at a comfortable 122 before I had kids. I had my first son in 09 and I lost the weight easily with him. I had my daughter in September of 11 and I have yet been able to lost all of the weight from that pregnancy. At one point in time I had gained quite a bit of weight before kids and got up to 146. I did WW and lost 30 lbs in 3 months! I kept it off with portion control and exercise. Now, I have tried WW's over the last 18 months, diet pills, exercise, and MFP. I am doing a weight loss competition at school (I teach) and I was in first place. I was down from 145 to 141.3 and today I was back up to 143. UGH! So, what in your opinion is the best way to lose 1-2 lbs per week and keep it off? I really want to be 125 at least by summer. Heck, I would be happy to be at 130 by summer. By summer I mean the first of June. So, I am looking for suggestions on how to lose this weight. I do Jillian Micahael's 30 day shred 6 days a week (most weeks), burpees, and run from time to time. I am trying to be more consistent with logging to keep accurate count of calories. I have a friend who is a personal trainer and he keeps telling me to quit worrying about the numbner and just focus on how I look and feel. Buuuuut that is easier said than done!!! Sooo, any advice would be great!!! Any meal plan ideas to keep me on track for losing would be awesome!!!

Is your food diary accurate? Because if it is, I'd say you aren't eating nearly enough. You're frequently below or barely above 1000 calories a day total. There's a lot of debate as to what the exact lower limit is for safe weight loss, but I think most would agree that below 1000 is definitely too little. Also, you are fairly active and exercise frequently which is pushing your net calories even further down.
As for some meal plan advice, your diary is somewhat light on the fruits and veggies. Add in some of those for the extra calories and missing nutrients.0 -
I never eat fruit. I'm just not a fan. I do love veggies though. My food diary is pretty accurate.0
