I pulled out my Fluidity Ballet bar and I am going to incorporate it with my current work out regimine 3 days per week. Does anyone have any idea on how to calculate or guesstimate calories burned? I did this program in the past and its great for toning and flexibility.

Actually, I think I am able to answer my own question -- I found this calculator that includes a variety of activities. Just scroll down to the activities enter the time you spent doing them and your weight and viola! I thought I would pass it along. The website has a lot of other calculators that you may find useful as well. Click on the calculators bar on the left.

I don't know about fluidity ballet but I burned 300 calories doing 60 minutes of ballet classes. Which I thought was pretty darn impressive because we were just doing stretches. No running, jumping or anything!0
