I do not post much on the forums I mainly use them for informational purposes only but I had to post this, When I was enlisted in the US army I could barley to the required 10 push ups at the reception station. At the end of basic training I barely passed the PT test I believe I did like 44 push ups at the time the minimum was 40 in two minutes for my age group. I can now do 50 non stop with some muscle faliure the last 5 or so also I can run faster and farther and do more sit ups then I could when I was in the US Army. I also eat better and no longer smoke. So I can confidentally state that I am overall in better health and fitness than I was at the age of 21 or 22 and in the US army. Definently better than at age 18 when I enlisted.
